Prospective tenants are qualified based on their credit profiles, employment, rental history and debt-to-income ratios. As a rule, your expenses plus the rental amount of the home you are considering should not exceed 40% of your monthly income.

We do not recommend renting a home that you have not actually seen but if you wish to expedite the application process for a particular property you may download our Application For Lease and fax it us. You may also download a blank sample of our Deed Of Lease for review. When your application has been accepted the actual lease can be e-mailed, mailed or faxed to you for signature if you are unable to come to our office.
